OBJECTIVE: The Neighborhood Watch Committee acts a liaison between local enforcement agents to keep the BWL membership advised of criminal or suspicious activity in our area throughout the year. In return members act as Neighborhood Watch passing on safety or suspect activity concerns in their area through the Committee to our law enforcement contacts.
