OBJECTIVE: The Boat Safety Regulations & Launch committee facilitates communication, as necessary, with BWLA Association members when changes occur in State of Michigan regulations. This committee also liaisons with the Montcalm County Sheriff’s Marine Patrol Division on boating safety/patrol issues and with Pierson Township regarding their management of the launch and facilitates communication with residents’ concerning any current issues or changes at the launch.
