In effort to keep the membership apprised of the issues and decisions made by the Board of Directors throughout the year the minutes of the Board of Director’s meetings are posted promptly on the website. Members are encouraged to read the minutes and contact Board members if they have a suggestion, concern or compliment. Messages can be sent to Board members via the “Contact Us” feature on the website.

The Board of Directors is a volunteer group comprised of Association members who are elected according to the By-Laws (See By-Laws above) at the Members Meeting that is traditionally held on the last Saturday in August. Members who are interested in serving on the Board are encouraged to contact the current Association President prior to the meeting to request to have their name placed on the ballot.
